 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our dishwasher broke, which apparently meant I became the dishwasher. 😭 I had to wash everything BY HAND like it was the 1800s. Thankfully, Nall’s Plumbing came to the rescue! They were super nice, figured out the problem, and got everything working again. I have never been so happy to hear a dishwasher running in my life. 10/10 would recommend Nall’s Plumbing. They fixed the dishwasher and, more importantly, saved me from a lifetime of dishpan hands. 😂 Thank you, Nall’s!

Submitted a request for quote online through A O Smith's website June 14th 2026, got call on 15th, and Robert was here on the 16th and got my 18yo A O Smith heater replaced! Had trouble draining old tank because of so much sludge and had to come back. Great personality and worker! I would highly recommend Nall's Plumbing and Robert!

We had an old spigot that exploded and leaking water down the side of the house. Nall’s Plumbing showed up and replaced with a frost resistant spigot in under an hour. Phenomenal work. As we were doing a minor repair in the tank, I had a valve blow behind my toilet and had to turn the main water off, to the whole house. Angela was very helpful & efficient with letting me know when her technician would be there. Robert was able to come out that day, even with his busy schedule & repaired it promptly. All & all great communication & service!
